For pleasure seekers, Misibis Bay is the perfect place for you - 5-star resort plus the awesomest and most pampering services ever.

It's never boring in Misibis because you can do so much things, from windsurfing to paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and lots more.  It's definitely a playground in paradise. Big plus is their happy hour.  :)  Just imagine the price of a beer in a 5-star resort.  Happy hour is really a happy one.

To describe you their services:

  • We're supposed to get Premier Villa, but they upgraded us to 1-BR Villa.  It's huge!! The grandest villa I've ever stayed in.  The villa has 2-door access - beach access and pool access.
  • Welcome performance on your first step to their resort and full sound blast of jungle music. LOL!
  • All activities include a personal guide who will actually teach you how to use their equipments.  All eyes on you.  They make sure of the safety of their guests.
  • Once done, they usually give you a bottle of water plus a towel so you don't have to bring your own. They do this every time.  Like in a day, we would get 5 new towels and 5 bottled water. OA!
  • They are overstaffed so just imagine how many of them will attend to your needs.
  • Housekeeping is twice a day!
  • We're pretty much drinking from afternoon 'til evening.  They extended their happy hour to happy all day and night.  :D

Activities we tried:
  • Of course water sports - Windsurf, paddleboard, kayak
  • Snorkeling - We were trained by a divemaster plus a guide who swam with us
  • ZipLine - Hella scary! (for me)
  • ATV to go on top of the hill to view Albay gulf, Pacific ocean, Mayon Volcano, and the nearby islets. I think it's around P3,000 per ATV.  But the best part is that 2 other ATV guides will accompany you  (yes, an entourage!).  They were very friendly and madaldal and always insisted to take our pictures.  Best time to go is sunrise and go for breakfast.  They'll bring bread and butter plus coffee and water.  Girls, don't try to drive the ATV.  The trail is difficult! I was scared half of our ATV trip.
  • Tour around Eco Energy Park
  • Billiards and Table Tennis (Competitive games are thrilling!!)

How to get there:

Book your flight in Zest Air, CebuPac, or Philippine Airlines - Manila to Legaspi.  It should be just around P2000 to P3000.

Watch out for the promo in DealGrocer.  As of today, it's still on.  They replenish it every now and then.  Here's the link:  Deal Grocer

We got the deal for P25,000 for 3 days and 2 night stay good for 2 persons.  It includes accommodation in their Premier Villa, transfers, daily breakfast, and use of non-motorized sports equipment.

Or book at their site and pay minimum of $470 a night!! :)  Visit their website at Misibis Rates

We've stopped by Donsol first before going to Misibis.  They picked us up at Hotel Ellis instead from the airport.  I had to adjust the pick-up time on the day itself, and they had no problem about it.

One thing that needs improvement:
  • FOOD - The food is expensive.  Average is P500 per meal, a very very simple meal. And the presentation is really bad, and the taste is not really good.  It's just not worth the price.  (Except for their Kilawin.  It's really good and they made it colorful)
Overall, I had a wonderful stay.  It's sometimes good to treat yourself a pampering vacation after all the hard days work.

Here are photos! Enjoy!
